Wetility Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 By participating in Wetility’s Beast Bundle Bonus Referral Program, participants agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of South Africa. Eligibility will be verified through official documentation.
2.2 This offer is available to both Wetility customers and non-customers who refer others, or are themselves referred, to purchase qualifying PACE series Wetility solar products during the promotional period.
2.3 The program is available exclusively to residential customers in South Africa.
2.4 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Wetility, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Referral Process
3.1 Referrals must be made through the official referral link and by completing the designated referral form.
3.2 A successful referral is defined as a new customer who signs a contract for Wetility solar services and completes installation.
3.3 The referral reward applies per contract signed and installed by a referred customer specifically for qualifying PACE series solar products.
3.4 The reward applies only to referrals of natural persons. The unique referral code must be used at the time of purchase for the reward to be valid.
4. Referral Rewards
4.1 Referrers will receive their chosen reward option for each successful referral, once the referred customer’s system has been installed.
4.2 Reward options are:
• R3,000 cash bonus for both the referrer and the referee, or
• R2,000 cash bonus plus a free air fryer for both the referrer and the referee.
4.3 Rewards are issued within 4–6 weeks following the referred customer’s installation.
4.4 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash value unless explicitly stated.
4.5 Once a reward option has been selected, it cannot be changed. The choice is final. Wetility will not accommodate changes or exchanges of reward types (e.g., switching from an air fryer to a cash bonus) after the selection is made. This is to prevent unnecessary logistical costs and ensure operational efficiency.
5. Program Changes and Termination
5.1 Wetility reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
5.2 Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on Wetility’s website and social media platforms.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
6.1 This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other Wetility promotions, discounts, or offers unless specifically stated.
6.2 The cash-back reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for other products or services.
6.3 Wetility does not guarantee specific outcomes or the availability of products under this promotion and reserves the right to amend these terms in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7. Customer Awareness and Accessibility
7.1 Wetility is committed to transparency and will prominently display the latest Terms & Conditions on its website under the referral program section.
7.2 Customers must acknowledge these Terms & Conditions before participating in the referral program.
7.3 Upon request, Wetility will provide a digital copy of the referral Terms & Conditions via email.
8. Liability
8.1 Wetility is not responsible for errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that occur during the referral process.
8.2 Participants found tampering with the process or violating these terms will be disqualified.
9. Privacy
9.1 By participating, users consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in Wetility’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 This includes sharing limited data with third-party partners as necessary to fulfill program obligations.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Disputes relating to the referral program will be governed by South African law.
10.2 Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in South Africa, except where otherwise required by law.
11. General Terms
11.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Wetility and participants regarding the referral program.
11.2 If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
